Pronto Amore Pizza

Overview

Walking into Pronto Amore Pizza feels like stepping into a place that already knows you. The vibe is relaxed, the staff moves with purpose, and the smell of dough hitting a hot oven does most of the talking. Located at 8293 Champions Gate Blvd, Davenport, FL 33896, United States, this spot has become a regular stop for locals, resort guests, and anyone cruising through the ChampionsGate area looking for real-deal comfort food without the fuss.

I first stopped by after a long drive, tired and hungry in that very specific way where only pizza will do. What stood out immediately was the pace of the kitchen. Nothing rushed, nothing sloppy. The dough was being stretched by hand, sauces ladled carefully, and toppings added with intention. That hands-on process matters. According to research shared by the American Institute of Baking, dough that’s cold-fermented for 24-72 hours develops better flavor and texture, and you can taste that difference here in the crust. It’s crisp on the outside, airy inside, and sturdy enough to hold up generous toppings without folding into a mess.

The menu is broad without being chaotic. Classic cheese and pepperoni sit comfortably next to specialty pies, calzones, stromboli, and baked pasta dishes. Their pizza menu leans Italian-American, with familiar flavors done well rather than gimmicky combinations. The sauce has a bright acidity that balances the cheese, which lines up with what food scientists often point out: tomatoes retain key antioxidants like lycopene even after cooking, according to data from the USDA. It’s comfort food, sure, but it’s also thoughtfully prepared.

One thing regulars mention in reviews is consistency, and that’s not accidental. A staff member once explained how every pizza follows the same build order, from sauce weight to bake time. That kind of system is straight out of professional kitchen playbooks used by culinary institutes. It ensures that whether you visit on a quiet afternoon or a packed weekend night, the slice in front of you tastes the way it should.

Beyond pizza, the menu includes wings, salads, and desserts that make it easy to feed a group with different tastes. Families appreciate the shareable portions, while solo diners can grab a couple of slices and be perfectly happy. The dining area stays clean and casual, and the takeout operation runs smoothly, which matters more than ever. The CDC has repeatedly emphasized that visible cleanliness and proper food handling build customer trust, and this place clearly takes that seriously.

The location is another quiet win. Being right in ChampionsGate means it’s easy to reach from nearby resorts, residential communities, and main roads. For visitors, it’s a low-stress option after theme parks or golf outings. For locals, it’s the kind of diner-style pizza joint you rely on during busy weeks. You’ll hear people describe it as family-run feel or no-frills Italian comfort, and those descriptions stick because they’re accurate.

There are limits, of course. This isn’t a white-tablecloth experience, and it’s not trying to be. If you’re hunting for experimental cuisine or a long wine list, you might look elsewhere. But if what you want is reliable pizza, a solid menu, friendly service, and a place that respects the craft without making a show of it, this spot delivers. The steady stream of positive reviews isn’t hype; it’s the result of doing the basics right, day after day, pie after pie.

Went to Pronto Amore Pizza in Championsgate, FL today and tried a couple of their pizza slices. We thought we would try them before ordering an entire pizza and possibly be disappointed. Our home is in Michigan, but winter in Florida. We have been looking for at least two years to find a great pizza in the area generally near Four Corners...and we can report WE FOUND IT! We think we found one of the best pizza places ever. We will be back!!

We went to eat pizza with our three girls and let me tell you we had the best time. This place has the most delicious pizza and wings (thanks Julia ;) ) and honestly the best thing of the night was our amazing server Ms. Julia was a delight. She was so bright and sweet. She had the best attitude ever. My girls loved her. She recommended to us the wings and they were so so so good. I recommend this place 1000000% especially if Julia takes care of you. We also had the gelato and it was amazingly good. We will definitely go back. Everyone was so courteous and they were so friendly and loving with my girls. Thank you to all the staff! The pizza, wings and garlic knots were AMAZING. But again the best part was Julia and the other ladies that work there!

We were staying pretty close at a Windham property for the week. It was our first night in town so I wanted some classic New York Style Pizza and to keep it simple. This place was super good and there were only 5 of us and we ate an entire XL Pepperoni and a medium Hawaiian. If you like classic old school New York Style Pizza you will love this place. The staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Really good pizza located in Davenport, FL. They have a few different pies worth trying. We tried two and both were gone without any complaints! The wings are really good. Try mixing flavors, too!

Vince was awesome and so funny he made the experience even better , The food was amazing. We’ve come back once a week the last 3 weeks and everything is delicious, fresh and high quality. The raspberry sorbet is so so delicious and vegan.

Truly the best Italian restaurant anywhere close to the Disney area!!! Super affordable and may I say delicious. They make everything fresh and to order. So be patient as you will not get your order as soon as you order it. The food is truly delicious and super hot when it comes to the table. We went there for chicken parmesan pasta and it sure did not disappoint. The eggplant parmesan sub was exceptional as well. The entire menu will have something for everyone to enjoy. All of the pizzas are hand tossed and come with lots of toppings. They even have homemade desserts that are amazing as well. The cannoli is my personal favorite. Definitely add this restaurant to your list of must stop locations if you are in the area.

We had a great meal and Diego was a big reason why. He was welcoming, checked on us at the right times, and kept everything moving smoothly. The pizza and wings were on point, and his service made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Diego!
